Lead times & carrier

Orders ship within 48 business hours. Delivery time then depends on the option you pick at checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs, your choice

You pick your carrier and your delivery time before paying. The cheapest option is preselected, and the price depends on the WEIGHT of your order: a refill costs less to ship than a boxed kit. The exact amount is shown before payment.

The amounts below are those charged in France, tax included. Outside France they follow your country's tax rules, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.

France: Mondial Relay pickup point €3.90, Mondial Relay to your address from €7.50, Colissimo to your address from €9.00, Chronopost Chrono 13 at €15.90.

European pickup points (BE, DE, ES, IT, NL, LU, PT): Mondial Relay from €6.90 to €9.90 depending on weight, Colissimo to your address with signature from €13.90, Chronopost Chrono Classic from €16.90.

Rest of the European Union, to your address with Colissimo: AT, IE, PL, CZ, SK, SI, HU, EE, LV, LT, DK, SE from €20.90; FI, GR, RO, BG, HR, CY, MT from €24.90. Pickup points are not offered in those countries.

Outside the European Union, to your address: Norway €20.90, Switzerland from €17.90 (Chronopost €39.90), United Kingdom from €19.90 (Chronopost €22.90), United States €55.90 with Chronopost.

The pickup point is free above €39 in France, and above €69 in the seven countries where it is offered. When it applies, the free shipping is DEDUCTED from the other options: you only pay the difference. In the other countries, shipping is charged whatever the order value.

International & taxes

We deliver to 31 countries: the 27 European Union member states, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Within the European Union, the displayed price is the price you pay, VAT included. It is YOUR country's VAT that applies, not French VAT, so the same kit does not cost exactly the same in Germany, France or Italy. We declare it for you through the EU One Stop Shop. You have no customs duties and no import charges to pay on arrival.

Outside the European Union (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States), prices are shown EXCLUDING TAX: no European VAT is charged to you. However, your country's import VAT and customs charges are collected by the carrier on delivery, payable by the person receiving the parcel. We do not collect them and we cannot calculate them in advance.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a product, with no reason required (right of withdrawal, French Consumer Code). Contact us to obtain your return number (RMA).

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, via Stripe.
