Lead times & carrier

Orders ship within 48 business hours. Delivery time then depends on the option you pick at checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs, your choice

You pick your carrier and your delivery time before paying. The cheapest option is preselected, and the price depends on the WEIGHT of your order: a refill costs less to ship than a boxed kit. The exact amount is shown before payment.

France, for an order of refills only: Mondial Relay pickup point €3.90, Mondial Relay to your address €7.50, Colissimo to your address €9.00, Chronopost Chrono 13 €15.90.

France, for an order containing a boxed kit: pickup point €3.90, Mondial Relay to your address €8.50, Colissimo to your address €11.90, Chrono 13 €15.90. Beyond that, the rate follows the carrier's weight brackets.

Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy: Mondial Relay pickup point €6.90, Colissimo to your address with signature from €13.90, Chronopost Chrono Classic from €16.90.

The pickup point is free above €39 in France and €59 in the European Union, and always included with the Signature and Signature Premium kits. When it is, the free shipping is DEDUCTED from the other options: you only pay the difference. Upgrading from a pickup point to your address therefore costs you the same whether or not your order reaches the threshold.

International & taxes

We deliver to France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. Outside France, you can choose between a pickup point, your address and express. Displayed prices include VAT: within the European Union you have no customs duties and no import charges to pay on arrival.

We do not yet deliver outside the European Union. When those destinations open, prices will be shown excluding French VAT, and customs duties and import VAT will be charged by the carrier on delivery, payable by the person receiving the parcel. We do not collect them and we cannot calculate them in advance.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a product, with no reason required (right of withdrawal, French Consumer Code). Contact us to obtain your return number (RMA).

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, via Stripe.
